Adrienne, the office manager, has the worst customer service representative professional skill. I have never been so belittled and disrespected, Hung up on and laughed at when she was told her behaviour warranted a bad review. unfortunately, I believe the vet, Dr.Singh, does good work however I will never call this clinic again as long as this women is employed as she does not know how to work respectfully with the public. I have never complained against anyone the way I cannot wait for her supervisor to call me.

I’ve had several negative experiences at Henderson, so much so that when my dog got ill several years ago I took her to a different vet. I continued taking my cat to Henderson for minor stuff as it was closer. Yesterday I called to schedule an appointment to put my dying cat to sleep. I was told they would not euthanize her because she was too… young (at 12) without first doing several hundred dollars worth of tests. I explained that she was showing every sign that she was going to die very soon, and I just don’t want her to suffer at home, that I know it’s her time, and

We took our Rat Sweetie here, and will likely bring all our other pets here going forward. Not only did they treat our friend with respect and love. They were so thorough and diligent in explaining things to us. They treated us and our pet with kindness and understanding. Unfortunately we had to have our Sweetie euthanized, but they even included a very sweet card when I came to pick up her ashes. Thank you Henderson Animal hospital for everything you do to keep our pets healthy and happy!

Dr. Singh has been our vet for over 15 years. We would not see any other vet. We have personally witnessed with our dogs, Dr. Singh's continuous striving and improving of his knowledge and skills in all areas of veterinary medicine. We have 3 dogs — 2 rescues Majj & Chance and our 14 year old pug Winni. Dr. Singh is the very compassionate & caring — both Dr. Singh and "Henderson Animal Hospital" do not discriminate nor profile dogs based on appearance — they are all dogs. All. Dogs. I've been with Henderson Vet for at least 20 years & I can honestly say they have taken the best of care with the 4 cats I had & now with the "love of my life" my dog "Meeka" who unfortunately has quite a few health problems, one being CHF which there is no cure for but with good care as she receives from Henderson Vet is doing really well which is giving her more time.. Thanks to Dr. Singh, Dr. Ray, Dr. Napier & all the staff who do their jobs so well !!!
