Where you can view the Highest Tides in the World and just three hours later walk on the ocean floor. When the tide returns your footprints will be washed away like love letters in the sand. As you know we are located in south eastern New Brunswick along the Bay of Fundy coast, Alma, and Fundy National Park, about 45 minutes from Moncton International Airport and situated adjacent to the Hopewell Rocks.
Follow route 114 along the Bay of Fundy coast to Hillsborough where you will find a train museum, an 18 hole golf course, a drug store, a couple of convience stores and an information center. Then on to Hopewell Cape where you will find "The Hopewell Rocks", a museum in a goal, a potter and of course us, The Hopewell Rocks Motel & Country Inn.

Services
When you enter the doors of the Log Cabin Restaurant, the aroma of the foods being cooked from our traditional old fashion recipes will greet you. Our friendly courteous staff will serve you and answer any questions you may have about the area. Enjoy succulent seafood, along with dishes from our full menu.
The Bay of Fundy Tides are a force of nature to be approached with respect (please do not attempt this yourself). This demonstration was done with the utmost concern for safety. Swimming is not permitted at The Hopewell Rocks. Special Thanks to Alan for the kayak pizza delivery! The New Brunswick Adventures visit The Bay of Fundy - The World's Highest Tides.
The Rocks-(two minute drive from the Hopewell Rocks Motel & Country Inn) Other names given these massive rock formations is "The Largest Flower Pots In The World" where spruce trees grow on top. These formations are the result of 300 million years of battle like thundering of ocean against land, with the land being the conquered, shaped by its captor "The Mighty Bay of Fundy."

The location was close to Hopewell Rocks, but overall our stay was not pleasant. The bedroom did not have a closet, or anywhere to hang our jackets, the bathroom was moldy and dirty. The door did not have a secure lock.
On our first night there was no power and no water from 2am to 11am. There was no reception or emergency contact.
Breakfast was prepared by the front desk, with no health precautions, we watched him check guest in, not wash his hands then toast our bread, and peel our eggs. Overall I would recommend spending a little more and staying elsewhere.

Likely won't go back again. We stayed in a 2 queen bed room. Pros: great location to hopewell rocks, friendly staff, nice rooms. Cons: playground is unsafe - Jagged metal parts, sticky gooey plastic and it lifts out of the ground. Very unkept. Breakfast could be better - cold toast, rubber eggs, great muffins though. Showers - uneven water temperature, goes from hot to cool. Pool - not heated as advertised. There is a slight language barrier with some of the staff and their knowledge of the area was none existent. We feel like perhaps someone new had taken over the business. The restaurant and
