How I discovered a better way to get stronger, feel healthier, and get back to the things I love doing. My name is Debbie Ross Bisignano. For as long as I can remember I've always been fascinated with learning about anatomy and just how this amazing human body of ours works! In fact, when I was growing up my mother bought me plastic skeletons to play with instead of Barbie dolls.
We know it can be overwhelming and even a little intimidating especially if you haven't been active in awhile. But we're here to make the whole process easy and give you the best advice on how to get started with us. Here's a few things you should know about us. We'll meet you where you are.

A Ross Pilates membership is a pleasantly refreshing alternative to a traditional gym membership. The classes are small enough to allow for personal coaching within a group setting. The instructors are leaders in the industry and are constantly sharing their new knowledge with the members. You won’t be disappointed.

Started with Ross Pilates when they reopened in August, I did some private lessons to start and I am now doing 3 classes a week. I already feel healthier and stronger than I was and a bonus is I have even lost some weight. The staff and clients have all made me feel welcome and are on the spot to give me any help I might need. Joining Ross Pilates was definitely a great choice for me.

I recommend Ross Pilates because they are extremely knowledgeable & encouraging...The trainers know their stuff! You will feel at home there as both the instructors & clients are so incredibly helpful & welcoming! I love Pilates so much! No experience needed you will pick it up quickly! I started with a sore back from lugging my heavy 5 month old baby around, about 1 month after starting at Ross Pilates I didn’t have any back pain. I’m stronger than ever (even after 2 kids). Instructors are very dedicated and knowledgeable. Comfortable place to work out.

My experience and sessions at Ross Pilates have literally changed my life. I have several injuries and chronic pain for many years which had limited my quality of life and activities. After a few months I began to notice a difference in flexibility, strength and decreased pain. Now at my two year mark, everything has improved - posture, balance, strength, endurance and overall physical and mental health. I have resumed activities I had long given up, including downhill skiing!

I want to share my story of Ross Pilates.
I am a very active 61 year woman , who loves to walk , and do zumba classes at least 2 times a week.
I also babysit a 2 year old, which takes a lot of energy.
I am healthy , however, suffer from acute inflammation, in most of my joints and especially my sciatica.
I have been engaging in Pilates classes since October, at Ross Pilates,and I have found I wasn’t as strong as I thought!
Pilates is training and working muscles and joints I have never used!
I am getting stronger, and by strengthening, my joints will not swell as much and getting my inflammation

Definitely recommend Ross Pilates! Very knowledgeable, encouraging and friendly instructors. Lots of different types of equipment. Wonderful environment. Over the past six years I've been helped to grow, and continue to develop, in so many ways- core strength, flexibility, posture, body alignment-- the list goes on and on. Definitely the place for me!

I started at Ross Pilates when my son was 5 months old. He’s a big baby and my back just ached holding him for a short time. I knew I had weak core strength. After 1 month I noticed a huge difference and my back didn’t hurt anymore. Now, almost doing Pilates for a year my core strength is even stronger. I feel the strongest at this point in my life, even after 2 kids! The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. The small classes are wonderful.

The studio is bright and beautiful, the staff are super knowledgeable and friendly, and they have the best selection of equipment I've seen. I love going here! I've attended various classes that Debbie taught for over 20 years and she is the absolute best! Over 10 years ago I was on a waiting list for back surgery and in a lot of pain. I started going to Ross Pilates almost a year ago. I was approaching a milestone birthday and was feeling run down and sore all the time. I was having a hard time keeping up with my busy kids! Right way I was made to feel comfortable at Ross Pilates. I always felt comfortable and like I belonged there. The class sizes are small, and the instructors are there to help at the level you are at. It is a friendly place and everyone is genuinely wanting to help you be the best you possible. Ross Pilates is absolutely the best decision I have made in regards to my health. Having dealt with a hip injury and daily pain for over a year as well as general aches and pains in other areas this was the miracle worker. I have tried chiro, massage, acupuncture and physio therapy with no relief until I started strengthening my core through Pilates. The instructors are supportive, knowledgeable, fun and work with you around your specific needs. Anyone dealing with chronic pain should definitely check out Ross Pilates!

I have been a client of Ross Pilates for 5 + years. Debbie and her team of instructors are professional, knowledgeable and caring with each of their clients. I recently had sciatic pain, so much that I couldn't sit or stand properly. I messaged Debbie, and she quickly scheduled me in for a therapeutic session with Danielle. I was able to walk and sit comfortably right after that session. Two more sessions and I was able to get back to a group class. Debbie checked on me after each session. I have been coming to Ross Pilates for about 1 year now. I came in experiencing pain in my lower back, and lack of mobility. We started working on a plan right away and have been working with Danielle to fix what has been going on. Today I am pain free and have more flexibility than I have in my entire life.
