I brought my kitten she is 8 weeks old to them for vaccinations and deworming and check up once I have arrived everything was ok until they want to bring her to the check up room they refused to let me get inside to see what they are doing to my kitten or what are they gonna give so they took her inside gave her what ever when they gave me the receipt I asked for a health record and the vaccine sticker they refused to give me the sticker saying we can’t let the sticker get out of the vet lol . Since when I have 5 cats I have every sticker for every vaccine I have

Dr Sjonnesen is not the Vet there anymore. His license expired in early 2019 (Feb). It is Dr. Verma and he is not very good at all
My two healthy dogs DIED within 2 weeks of each other after I went there for a swollen digit. I don't know what he did. I hope to find out. Autopsy results in Guelph pending.
I am in the process of filing formal complaints with OVC.
Good luck with that guy

Updating my review as of july 27th 2019
I've been taking my Bengal here since he was 3 months old and he's now 6 almost 7 years old.
There has been a change with the doctors since I've first started coming here. Which isnt a bad thing. My first visit with the new doctor didnt quite go as planned as I think there was a lot of miscommunication. But after speaking to him today we definitely sorted a lot of things out.
I brought my baby back in today as his mouth was swollen and hurting him. The doctor was very kind and super understanding that his mouth was hurting and didnt want to stress him

The vets are great! Very friendly and takes their time to explain the procedures and options I have for my newly owned cat. Also called me for results with no issues and follows up after vaccination to make sure my cat is doing well.
