Services
Burning wood in the fireplace results in flammable deposits (soot and creosote) to collect inside of the chimney flue and smoke-chamber. This can lead to a dangerous chimney fire and/or unwanted deterioration to the inside of the chimney. Regular cleaning and inspection will insure that the chimney and fireplace are in optimal condition for safe and efficient use.
A damaged chimney not only takes away from the beauty of the home, but can also be dangerous. Brick chimneys are usually the only masonry work on a home which is above the roof-line. This means that they have a much greater moisture exposure than the walls of the house, and are also prone to a freeze/thaw cycle.

Having your chimney done when you don't know much about chimneys or building is a bit of a daunting task. Top Hat took us through the whole process from consultation to completion smoothly and with ease. We are very happy with the quality of workmanship that was provided to us. Our chimney looks solid. Everything was carefully thought out on their part and they left our backyard clean and without any damage. They're courteous & knowledge, and gave us an overall great experience. Excellent service! These guys are very professional and friendly. Running a house one always has to deal with different services and I have to say dealing with "Top Hat Chimney" is absolute pleasure.
They are punctual, always do exactly what they say and of course the job is done. We have a wood fireplace and have been using the services of "Top Hat Chimney" for as long as I remember - never had any issues.
