A holding tank is a storage tank that must be pumped as soon as it reaches full capacity, unlike a septic tank. The 2 types of tanks differ in that the septic tank is always expelling its grey water.

AA Septic was affordable, on time and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their septic tank cleaned out. We weren’t exactly sure where our septic tank was located in our lawn when we moved in and we were grateful that AA septic knew exactly what they were doing and how to find out tank without destroying our lawn. 5/5 in my books! We will be calling you again when it’s time!

Great if you need pumping, but I don't believe AA is equipped for inspections. I would rate highly if they were up-front about it.
My septic was quickly overfilling so I explained to and asked AA for an inspection. They pumped the tank (again) and said nothing seemed wrong. The problem persisted so I tried D&L Environmental. D&L scoped out the field lines, made a list of issues, and fixed the major ones (eg. blowing out root clogs) in a single visit. Since then my septic has worked much better.
