In 2016 we humbly set out to be local leaders in navigating the change in the gluten-free world by bringing a gluten-free bakery to Abbotsford. Our goal was to crush the stigma of dietary-specific foods and bring fresh fair without compromise. With that, The Polly Fox was born. Kelsey has been celiac for 17 years, and Kaitlyn has no allergies.
Allergies and intolerances don't scare us. At The Polly Fox you'll enjoy a gluten free menu that will most likely leave you with too many options to choose from and a requirement to come back for more treats another day. These are the types of problems we welcome in our cafe. In our kitchen you'll find us using seasonal ingredients to create new menu items for you to enjoy.

After being diagnosed with Celiac disease, I found The Polly Fox! I am so thankful that I did because they have gluten free bakery items that I cannot find anywhere else! We sat in the café and ordered lunch, which was delicious. The menu has something for everyone, even keto bread which tasted amazing! I also ordered cupcakes, which were delicious. Staff were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful! Unfortunately, I don't live super close and am coming from outside of Chilliwack, but will definitely be stopping by anytime I am out in Abbotsford! I highly recommend this place to anyone, but

My girlfriend is a celiac, and this is one of the only places we can go for food for her. This is now the second time we have driven all the way from Langley and arrived before 1pm. Both time's we have been told they are out of bread. How do you consistently run out of bread in the middle of the day. If this has happened to us twice this cannot be the only time this happens. Make more bread. It makes no sense to run out in the middle of the day consistently. The store has very little else to offer as food and is a huge frustration to drive all the way there only to be told they are out. I understand

I recently cannot eat gluten, so I was excited to try the food. However, my partner and I were both disappointed. We both got the breakfast sandwich on focaccia, and the bread was the only good thing about it. The egg was over cooked and cold, and the microwave bacon was underwhelming. The coffee was good though!

Absolute favourite gluten free bakery! I am so grateful to have watched this place grow and create more amazing items on their menu. They have great vegan options as well. Some of my favourites are their apple fritters, vegan BLT (with crispy rice paper “bacon”), focaccia bread, and cashew bars and Nanaimo bars…the list goes on!!
I love this place so much, I even took it on this hike! Such a treat!

At this time, The Polly Fox is only doing takeout due to covid. A cute shop in Downtown Abbotsford with absolutely delicious coffee!! A big bonus for people with allergies is that it is both gluten free and peanut free! The baked goods were also on point. Can't wait to be back to try more of their menu items!

Polly fox is my must visit gluten free bakery in Abbotsford. Every time I make a trip out that way I make it a point to stop by and pick up some gluten free goodies. A lot of the time I preorder some items since I'm travelling all the way from Vancouver and they do some times sell out. My favorites are their cheese bun which has a bit of green onion in it (it's so good), their whites chocolate chip macadamia nut cookie and their cinnamon bun. They also offer donuts which they rotate flavours every so often. They're usually sold out by the time I get there so I've yet to try

Seriously the best gluten free bakery I have ever been to! Whenever I am in Abbotsford I make sure that i stop by! Make sure that you get the focaccia bread, it is to die for! (and you wouldn't even know that it was gluten free!) And the Keto Avocado Toast is my absolute favourite! The bread is moist and soft just like regular bread! And they use homemade almond milk from Habit (no gums or fillers here!)

Their food is always great, unless you don't get there in time and they've run out of all their gf bread for the day and can't make any of the sandwich options. The customer service is poor and the staff is to cool for anybody and not very friendly. I'm always disappointed with the staff, but the food keeps me coming back. I've always waited over 45 mins for my breakfast with no apologies. But again the food is fantastic and that's why I keep going back.

Gluten free, vegan free, nut free! Yes, there is an option in Abbotsford for tasty treats. Great bakery with lots of variety to satisfy anyone's needs. I have been to the old location and the new one. I must admit, the old location was far more convenient for me and wish they hadn't moved.
There usually isn't a line and will be greeted promptly. The greeting wont be the warmest though-staff don't smile too often. Their apple fritter is amazing-just enough sweetness. The pizza is a good gluten free option with interesting toppings-although nothing beats real gluten-crust pizza

I see there is a review from last year about bad customer service and ladies behind the counter rarely smiling. Not much has changed a year later. Maybe business is not good but it should be with these prices and small portions. Very rude people here! Noticed them being unfriendly to other customers also. Trendy little shop with tasty treats but they use plastic cups. When will businesses learn??!! Shame on you!

Now I loves me some gluten and I'm also a non-vegan, but the Polly Fox is worth a shot. I had the veggie sandwich on the focaccia bread, and it was actually really tasty. Loaded with tomatoes, arugula, avocado, sweet peppers, and smoked cheddar, this sandwich was a legit vegetarian option and yet also offered some satisfaction. We sampled some of the vegan and gluten free treats and they were...okay. The chocolate chip cookie was dry & crumbly and didn't really offer much, but the Nanaimo bar was pretty good. I don't know if I would ever go back but I can cross it off of the

Polly Fox has tasty items, especially for someone with gluten or dairy allergies, however their employees lack customer service skills and often when I am in there, I rarely see the person behind the counter smile. This makes me want to not go in as often. Also, found a white piece of plastic in my double chocolate chip cookie today :(

Recently went back again and my son had a bit and convinced me to buy the vegan baguette. Wow!! Amazing. No one would know it's vegan. Looked like it might be hard or tough but was divine. Soft but a nice crisp she'll to it. Not sure how the owner does it but her vegan baking is wonderful and for those with allergies this is an amazing little safe haven to bring your friends to They can enjoy these treats too without any worry they will complain it is gluten free....
