Services
We are a Ministry Approved Beginner Education Course Provider (BDE). All Ministry Approved Beginner Driver Education Courses in Ontario are a minimum of 40 hours of total training, consisting of 20 hours of classroom theory, 10 hours of "Homelink" assignment and 10 hours behind the wheel training in our dual brake car.
Guelph Driving School offers MTO approved beginner driver education (BDE) course, designed for drivers of all ages. BDE course includes, 20 hours in class, 10 hours in car, 10 hours homework. Our MTO approved driving course, reduces the road test waiting period from 12 months to 8 months.
After completing the BDE course the student will get certificate (Driver License History) it will be issued by Service Ontario which is acceptable by most of auto insurance industries for lower insurance rate.We are here to help you learn the rules of the road, and guide you to become a safe and defensive driver.

To obtain the proof of their Beginner Driver Education Course (BDE) course completion students must pick up a Driver's Licence History (DLH) paper from any Service Ontario. Driving Schools no longer issue paper certificates. Since Fall 2008, BDE driving schools have been certifying students who have successfully completed a BDE course on-line through the Driver Education System.
Maybe you just want to give your test in Guelph, maybe you have no other choice but to do it there. Your best option would be to find a good driving school Guelph, and to pass it well. Now a catch here is that different driving schools have different pass rates. There is no question that owning a private car is very advantageous.
It is not necessary, you can take classroom sessions without your G1 licence, but you must have a G1 to start your driving lessons. When I take the Beginner Driver Education Course do I have to finish all my in class and in car hours?. It's mandatory that you successfully complete a minimum of 20 hours of in-class and 10 hours of in-car training to be eligible for certification.

Guelph driving school did a terrific job in my driving lessons. My instructor was Salman and he was very patient in explaining how to make smooth transitions in difficult driving conditions. I passed my road test in the first go. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking to learn safe driving techniques.

I’ve had nothing but a great experience with Guelph Driving School.
I started the process of getting my G2 and the BDE course just before the pandemic had started. the inclass portion taught by Arfan was informational and helped me learn the ropes before getting on the road.
Starting my in car, i was not a great driver. Salman took his time and showed extreme patience when it came to me learning the skills. his expertise in teaching these skills is apparent. Salman is very knowledgeable on the road test conditions for success and stresses them every time you drive. I recommend taking extra

Don't go to this driving school. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Arfan is the absolute worst driving instructor in history. I booked driving lessons 2 months in advance of my road test as I wanted to do one lesson a week leading up to my test, and he only showed up for the very first lesson. During this lesson, he was on his phone the entire time and was not teaching me anything. When I asked him questions on how to parallel park he literally told me to "just do it". After our lesson, he told me to text him the dates that I am available next, and when I did, he did not get back
