One of the best airport transfer experiences! We used white star to take us from Kelowna to revelstoke and back. In both instances the the communication with the drivers was excellent leading up to our pick up. On our way back to the airport the highway was closed due to avalanche control. Both the driver and the office kept in constant contact with us to provide updates so we could plan accordingly. Outstanding experience.

We booked White Star Limo as part of a wine tour we planned as a group. The day got off to a rough start with the limo popping a tire on the way to pick us up and the driver needing to leave. Brad personally gave up his Friday to coordinate fixing the tire while also driving the limo himself. We had a great day and he even gave us an extra hour of time. Fantastic service and comfy well-equipped limo. Highly recommend this company for your travel needs and also Brad for stepping up for something entirely out of his control to ensure his customers had a great day.

Brad at White Star Limo SAVED the day of my annual wine tour when the driver of our van from another (horrible) company locked his keys in the vehicle upon pick up. I called Brad and he immediately shot into action, finding us a car and a driver within minutes. He asked me exactly what locations we were going to and for what time and have this information to our driver, who made this year’s tour even more organized than my previous ones with week’s notice and email threads! Bridget our driver at White Star Limo was absolutely amazing. Her lively character and brilliance at making our drive as comfortable as possible for the bridal party at my son's wedding was outstanding. Nothing was too much for her even though we were a very lively group. The Limo was very practical for 11 people and the sound system and set up inside was very nice. Brad also made the booking process so easy and even when we needed to change some of the details there was no fuss in accommodating us. Great service all around, thank you!

For my birthday party, our first call was to book a limo with White Star. They instantly provided great communication and customer service over the phone. When our driver Bridget arrived to pick up our party, wow! Great vibes all around. We would for sure recommend this driver, she's amazingly fun and accommodating. She went above and beyond- even as far as to stop at a gas station for an aux cord!!! Thanks WHITE STAR - 5 STAR FOR YOU!!
