We needed a new cover for our hot tub. Called to the place where the hot tub was purchased from, we were told it was going to be $650 plus tax. A friend told me about Backyard Pleasures. So I gave them a call…the guy knew all the right dimensions for my model, had a great colour selection and the custom made hot tub cover we got looks awesome! The best part? Saved over $200 by going here. Everything here is cheaper than the place we used to go for hot tub supplies.

Hired Dennis to rebuild my hot tub's motor and replace jets; he told me it would take a couple days.
After 8-9 days, he told me they would be coming by to install the new parts that week.
On Friday of that week he told me they would be coming Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
On Tuesday afternoon I went to the store and he told me they would be coming up on 20 minutes.
Some 2 hours later I called them only to be told they will come between 1pm and 2pm today. It's now 3:40pm and no one has come, no one has called.
Dennis doesn't have the basic courtesy to pick up the phone and let the client

Contacted these guys to take a look at our hot tub that was leaking. They said they would come the next day in the afternoon and never showed up. When I called them the follow day to see what happened they said they wouldn’t be able to come for another day. Terrible scheduling as people have to stay home and wait.
