Last week our furnace decided to take a vacation and left us with no heat. Affordable came that day and Lloyd (service tech) was able to diagnosed the faulty part in short order. Since the furnace is getting old and parts difficult to obtain, we decided to talk with the sales rep Jim Prince about a new furnace. Jim was great, thoroughly explaining the differences between our old furnace and a new one, answering all our questions. After deciding on a new furnace, Rob and Shane did an excellent job installing the new furnace. Fantastic service and highly recommend them to anyone. They'll be looking

The first technician misdiagnosed the problem.i had no heat. Next 3 technicians which included 2 during installation were very good. The sales rep Mr. Jim Prince was superb. Great customer service. Not pushy considering I needed a new furnace. Was there to answer any question in a timely manner. Went out of his way to bring me extra heaters to use..proper covid protocol was followed by everyone.
The bookkeeper needs a lesson on proper invoicing. I would recommend this company.

We had a new Trane furnace and Navien tankless water heater installed as well some changes to the ductwork and a new smart thermostat.
I’ve been impressed throughout this job with the customer centric focus of Affordable Comfort. Important things like Tom discussing options so we are both clear what we want and need with no pressure. And the small things like Taylor confirming appointments the night before the work started. These details tell me they acknowledge my time in this process as well and make me feel more than just another customer.

Fantastic customer service. From Anthony coming out to troubleshoot to getting a new a/c system installed 10 days later we were very happy with your staff and their professionalism.
