We have been in the antiques business for 50 years and it is time to downsize. Our location in Washago will be sold as well as our huge inventory of Canadian country furniture and accessories. Most pieces have not seen the light of day for 40+ years and are absolutely fresh to the market. Of course we are still the exclusive outlet for Michel Fortin artwork sculptures.
When the downsizing is complete we will be continuing at our home location in Atherly with appointment only visits and custom refinishing. As the vaccine rollouts proceed, we will continue to follow provincial guidelines and rest assured that your safety is our first priority. Hinton Antiques was founded in 1972 by Steve and Wendy Hinton.

Services
Hinton Antiques was founded in 1972 by Steve and Wendy Hinton. Steve and Wendy have long been considered among the most reputable antique dealers in the country. With a specialty in pre-confederation Canadian Country furniture, Hinton Antiques sells, refinishes and restores what they consider to be pieces of Canadian history: high end Canadiana and accessories from 18th and 19th century Quebec and Ontario.
