We want to express our thanks to Bren and his amazing team of hard working staff at MetroGutter for the amazing job they did removing and replacing our gutters (with shields) on our home. The entire experience was extremely positive--the quote process, selection of gutter options/colours, and the excellent team who carried out the physical work. What can I say; We had a bit of a miscommunication and some work was done that wasn’t authorized. Although we did get off to a bit of a rough start, Bren really came through for me. Sometimes things happen and what really matters is what is done to fix it. I would rather have a company that owns up to it's mistakes and fixes them top notch then a mediocre service provider that doesn’t stand by or have pride in his work. All in all 4.5 out of 5. I am pleased and would recommend to a friend. Thank you again for making it right!!!
