Called to place an order, they informed me the sobeys wine rack was closed and hung up on us before we could order anything else. When we called back the person was extremely rude saying we were rude once she informed us the store was closed, which it was not (as we called sobeys). She then began to swear at us and mimick us as we were asking why she was being rude to us as we just were calling back to order something else, then she hung up on us again. Very unprofessional.

I wish there was another alternative than this company. They are very slow first of all. I've called late morning for things and not had them delivered by early evening many times, rude owner on the phone that snaps at everyone. It's disgraceful service, yet no alternatives unless you pay for a cab. And they know it, so they can be rude to people and know they basically have nowhere else to turn.

I was driving on the 403 yesterday when their truck started to tail gate me in the middle lane at a very unsafe proximity. I was scared they would hit me due to how aggressively they were driving so I tapped my brake lights to slow down slightly without going below the speed limit. They changed lanes on my left and as passing me starting crowding a few feet into my lane therefore forcing me into my lane on the right. Thankfully no one was there otherwise I would have hit them. The reviews show how badly this company deals with others and I am shocked they can hold a license never mind actually
