I wish I could give it 0 stars. This business created a bigger disaster than the one my insurance company hired them to fix, and the disaster they created is not over yet. Their incompetence, poor communication and inability to organize anything has made my life a living HELL. If your insurer ever says ServiceMaster Oakville will be managing your claim, tell them NO WAY.
