Customer Service above and beyond!
Our family had an urgent situation this morning and upon contacting a few other carpet cleaning places first, Andrew was the only one that could offer a solution that the others did not! Only that they were completely booked or I could buy some product from them. Understandably, everyone is very busy (including Sir Clean), however Andrew took the time to text me back and provided me a step by step way to take care of what happened to our carpet this morning with products we had in our home. A HUGE THANK YOU!!

He responded quickly to my inquiry. He was able to accommodate my schedule. The carpets came out amazing!! Even after it being a rental and the carpets being covered in paint/gum/stains. I was blown away with how great of a job he did.

We had our ceramic floors and two ceramic showers cleaned, grout repairs and some colour grouting done. One of our showers is quite large, it is a wheelchair accessible shower with a significant amount of traffic through it daily. Andrew did an outstanding job, especially the showers. The difference was amazing. Additionally, the customer service was exceptional, we have a unique and large household and Andrew was patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend him!
