A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house, from the roof to the foundation. My Fiancee and I had a last minute viewing and a split decision to call for a Home Inspection before putting a non-conditional offer in. Giving John a call based on his reviews, the night before we needed it, and he was nothing but exceptionally cooperative in helping us on a last minute notice. John was able to be there immediately the next morning and did a very thorough job with an excellent report that I am beyond thankful for in the process of taking care of our new home. I had shopped around and requested multiple sample reports from a few inspectors in the area and was most impressed by John Binder's notes and attention to detail when comparing to his competitors. His report was comprehensive and clearly showed a lot of time input.
He was patient and made more than enough time for me to ask every question I had about the house. He spent around 3 hours testing and covering the house top to bottom, snapping detailed and useful pictures along the way.
Most notably - John made sure he went into the inspection ports in the basement and ended up finding a large basement

Binder home inspections did an excellent job on our home inspection. Under short notice they made time to squeeze us in and under no circumstances did they under perform. A thorough home inspection and nothing less.
