The charge port on our laptop failed. The computer shop was recommending replacing the entire motherboard as the charge port was integral to it, but Tek solutions was able to use their in-house micro-soldering specialist to replace and repair JUST the charge port, for a fraction of the price. Came in for a good price and ahead of schedule, and Paul was friendly and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I was building a pc and had, what I believed to be, a serious issue, so I called around to some of the local shops but they were all busy. (Just bad timing I suppose.) Steve has looked after all of my IT needs for the past 15 years or so. I used Tek Solutions after reading positive reviews on the web and they weren't wrong. I had the best experience and service and would highly recommend Steve Just, particularly for anyone who is not tech savvy. We had router issues at home and also needed to upgrade our computer. Steve steered us in the right direction, explaining what we did and didn't need. Tek Solutions was able to recover all my data after my hard drive crashed! I had originally taken it to Best Buy and they told me after having it for 6 days they couldn’t recover anything and they’d need to send it away for 2 months and the cost would be up too $1600! I brought it to Tek last night and he was able to recover all my data and format a new hard drive in my computer in under 24 hours and at a quarter of the cost!
