If you're thinking of building a new house or farm building but don't know how to get started, take heart. Everything from houses, sheds, sunrooms and patios to hog barns, and garden sheds is within the capabilities of the MBAC staff. We know all the ins and outs of construction and specialize in package sales and full general contracting services from the foundation to the finish.
You are eligible for this program if you own a single-family home, detached residential building, semi-detached home, or a multi-family building with a maximum of three floors. Manitoba Hydro will give you detailed information on how to significantly reduce your energy costs. Have your building's energy efficiency assessed by a certified energy adviser.

$116 for one 3/8 sheet of plywood and four 2×4's ($52.74 & $12.71 ea +tax) for material that was about $65 last year, seriously! Then I get home and one of my 2x4's is short and 1 is covered in concrete residue... so was this wood used and returned. For $116 this stuff should be mint, perfect and straight..... what I got was chipped, used and bowed. 2 out of 5 was generous!!! * UPDATE * I had to go buy 6 2x4's last week and they look like beavers attacked them. I brought this up and was told go to Wpg if I don't like it.... wow great service yet again.
