Horrible place to stay. For every concern their answer is "You can go to the hotel across the street" but they won't return your money either. Washer was broken and filled with dirty water. Gym was stinking of cigarette smoke. My room was stinky and a pack of cigarette buds lying near the door. One of the employees was kind enough to clean the buds and spray febreeze in our room. We didn't get any breakfast as they were out of fruits, yoghurt and juice. Only option was Turkey sandwiches.

This place has the best vegetarian pizza in town. In fact the best in the region!
This place has been known as the Stardust for several decades but has recently had a name change to Quality Inn & Suites

"Quality" is NOT the word I would use to describe this Inn. We had to change rooms because the TV and phone didn't work. The floor had a beer cap and Cheerios on it! The second room had no internet and the phone also didn't work. Trash was left on the floor.
We debated sleeping in the car but we were tired so we stayed the night.
Will never stay there again.
Best to be avoided!

Dinner is good. Lounge is nice with plenty of seating and multiple viewing angles to enjoy the play-offs. Room is spacious, bed is comfortable, washroom facilities may need an ugpgrade, air conditioner works but I've heard another guest said his did not. There is a gym facility - older equipment but will do for a light workout. Receptionist is awesome and personable, but was definitely struggling since she had multiple guests to check in and had to answer numerous phone calls at the same time. Their system may also need an upgrade since the first time I was here the printer did not work and the

Overall, clean room. There is a working fire place in the room which helps warm up the room in winter. The hallway outside the rooms is dark and has a strong old building smell, which is unpleasant in my opinion.
Breakfast includes the standard options, sausage, egg, waffle, bread. The eggs taste like the precooked (very dry) ones that you can find in some gas station. Breakfast would definitely need some improvement.

From the time we walked in 15 minutes until he Took our order. Service was not great. Drinks were empty before orders taken again. Shrimp cocktail..thaw the shrimp in cold water..shrimp is not meant to be served half warm. veggies with the meal were barely warm. Could have been sauteed. A lot longer.I dont know how busy our waiter was but with 2 tables in lounge. We waited until drinks were empty.before refills came.The cake to finish the meal was old fridge Tasting and Dry. Overall not a great dining experience. Hopefully next time will be better.

This was my first visit here and my last, the lobby was nice and clean, fitness room was good also. Lets talk about the room.....the a/c unit did not work, couldnt get anything into the freezer portion of the fridge do to ice build up, the ceiling fan did not work as did the remote control for the t.v. upon pulling the blankets back, there was visible hairs on top of the sheets and not just the type on your head if you know what I mean. I asked for a non smoking room which clearly was not, the sheets had cigarette burns on them and smelled like smoke. I was disgusted with this and chose to sleep
