The Valor radiant fireplace I purchased from Patio Palace works as described: it heats everything in the room. It turned a cold, little used room in the winter into the most comfortable room in the house. Installation was quick and clean with no issues to report. Patio Palace is the only place I would suggest to go to if you're looking for great service and quality products. Our gas fireplace insert needed replacing in November and they came to see us from Windsor to Chatham. We had our fireplace within 6 weeks where other places told us else we could get one in June. They worked with our brick mantle and others suggested to tear it down. Looks great.

We just bought a BBQ from here. My husband and I were so impressed with how knowledgeable the staff is here. They definitely know their stuff. The owner spent 40 minutes with my husband to help him choose a model. They assembled and delivered the new BBQ, and even took away our old one. We are very happy with our purchase.
