Thanks you for your prompt and courteous service with regards to my recent tapestry order. I believe I spoke to your wife this afternoon. After contacting several other tapestry vendors and having to leave messages and not being able to speak to anyone with regards to my expedited shipping request, it was a delight to speak with her.

She was extremely helpful and certainly went the "extra mile" to check inventory and suggest alternative items; as the item I originally inquired about was not in stock. Thank you also for the helpful hints sheet you attached to your e-mail. It is certainly refreshing to deal with a company that truly believes in customer service.
Services
Tapestry Art Designs is a family business, selling wall tapestries worldwide since 1994. We love tapestries and enjoy many ourselves at home. We are privileged to work with experienced tapestry weavers in France, Belgium and Italy. They, not us, are responsible for making these exquisite works of wall art available but we do the hand-finishing on many tapestries to bring them to their full glory.
Below are all the principal categories. Enter a keyword, eg "unicorn", which will produce an illustrated list of all designs which include the word unicorn in their description. If you can not find particular tapestries for sale by these methods then do email your enquiry to us. We have hundreds and hundreds of designs available, many in stock for immediate shipping worldwide.
Ordering tapestries - how to order your wall tapestry online, with notes about the shipping of tapestry orders for delivery worldwide. Please contact us with any questions. This will show a larger image with description, sizes and prices and the shopping cart logo will appear. Then complete and submit the secure online order form with your information which will be confidentially encrypted.
All are woven in France, Belgium or Italy, by long-established weavers. Most are reproductions of originals in museums and private collections throughout the world. Most of these tapestries were originally from France or Belgium but some came from weavers in Italy, Netherlands, Germany, England, Russia or Czechoslovakia.
How to hang a tapestry - there are two ways of hanging tapestries with rod pockets (our standard finishing always has a rod pocket on the lining). These rod pockets, sometimes called tunnels or sleeves, vary in their depth but they are sufficiently wide for any decorative rod.: Insert small closed cup-hooks into each end and simply place them over small picture hook nails banged into the wall.
