We love these guys! Once, they came to fix a blocked sink on a Friday evening. They offered so much great advice on how to keep our sink from clogging again. Then, we needed them to come and help finish a sink install. They were punctual, polite, and did outstanding work. And they were super reasonable, costing less than I expected. I think that my hot water tank was leaking for quite some time -- as in months, and because it's located just off the carport, I never knew until late Saturday afternoon when I happened to hear a trickling of water. I should have clued into the Fortis bill which was over triple the norm, but Fortis also introduced a rate increase and there was the unusually cold spell, so I didn't put 2 and 2 together.
At first glance, it appeared the T&P (temperature & pressure release value) was shot (and it was), so I replaced that form Home Depot part. But after refilling
