I ran into problems with my laptop where nothing was responding at all. Within minutes of arriving he started checking out the system and let me watch the entire process and explained what he was doing to diagnose the problem. He ensured that all my files were saved so that they wouldn't be lost. He was extremely polite and had my laptop completely ready within 2 hours! Highly recommended!

Excellent service! We were at the point of throwing our 2 year old computer out the window due to it being incredibly slow. Eldon quickly answered our call, identified the issue and fixed it same day within 2 hours of us dropping off the computer. Highly recommend.

Eldon has been our IT for 15 years now...maybe longer. Built us a solid state PC that is the fastest unit I've EVER experienced. Boots up in seconds. As well he's helped with a 500G or larger perhaps, external HD that automatically backs up every file, doc, photo or video. I also buy my digital security software through E.Doucet and have never had any issues. One time I messed up something - Eldon was able to fix it remotely. Highly recommend! -Chris in Barrie
