Our experienced, professional team will always repair first, allowing it is safe to do so. For replacement we also provide excellent quality and pricing, but if you have insurance you need only pay the deductible. This is our goal where possible. For each case, we evaluate the ability to return the windshield's original level of protection and strength.

Horrible customer service.
Waited a month for a window he didn't order or sold. First call he said ordered and it would be in there within a week. Called back 2 weeks later and a lady advised the order had not arrived
Called a 3 time (after a from first call) and he said he would call back which he didn't
4th call he claimed he now needed to see the window.
For $20 more I think i've found a better more honest experience

I visited Travis Barr back in March when the COVID-19 lockdowns were just beginning to hit Saint John for a windshield replacement as I had a leak in my car & a pretty rough windshield as it was. They were very kind, personable people and replaced the windshield for a VERY competitive price.
The leak ended up being from other causes, but I took the car back to Travis Barr when everything was closing down in the meantime and they did a thorough search of anywhere water could've entered in the car and fixed the leak even though it wasn't within the "auto glass" realm.

Fantastic service and a caring owner (Travis). Pleasure to do business with him and would not hesitate to do so again. Was even nice enough to re-affix my dash cam mount with double sided mounting tape (as my windshield was replaced) which shows he goes the extra mile. He also trusted me that my insurance would contact him to work out paying the balance and handed over the car with me only paying the deductible. 6 stars if I could.
