I was looking for an FTD Florist to send flowers to our daughter in Victoria BC for her birthday when I found Cassidys online. I gathered all of the info I needed & called, & was greeted by a wonderful, friendly gentleman who was extremely helpful! I ordered them yesterday (Thursday) morning, asked for them to be delivered the next day. My daughter texted me around 5 p.m. BC time today (Friday) with a photo of the bouquet & Happy Birthday balloon she received. She absolutely loved the flowers & the container they were in!! There isn't enough words for Henry and all those who work at Cassidy's flowers. I went to him in a panic as I was getting married and my previous flourist fell through. He went out of his way to make my wedding special and beautiful with all the personal touches with the flowers.. even on a Holiday!! He was professional and kind. I found Cassidy Flowers and Gifts on line in Newmarket, while looking for a flower shop to send some flowers for a funeral. At first I was shocked by the price, but again I haven't sent flowers in years. But when I saw the display in the funeral home I was shocked to see how well the whole thing was put together, and just how beautiful it was. I was looking for a flower shop close to my friend's house and came across Csssidy's Flowers & Gifts. Update: Had a 2nd funeral in the same year, this time for my mother. I called Cassidy's, who again were patient, helpful and kind. I explained that I found an arrangement that I liked on their website, but asked if I could change the flowers - my mother's clothes were all bright colours, pink, purple, red - I didn't want white flowers. When I saw the arrangement, it was perfect for her. It really gave us a sense of peace. Thank you, Cassidy's, for the exceptional service!

Can’t say enough positive things about this florist. We have used them in the past for Christmas arrangements, and other occasions, but they did a fabulous and outstanding job on our wedding flowers. Very… lovely people to deal with, and very accommodating. We have often stopped in and received a tie dye rose for free. I called in the morning to place my order and the flowers were delivered early afternoon. I asked that they send me a picture of the arrangement since I left it up to them to choose their deal of the day, and they were nice enough to oblige. The arrangement was beautiful and the recipient loved it. I would not hesitate to use this florist again.

Cassidy's flowers is a great local business that knows how to treat their customers with trust and respect. In my time of grief I needed flowers delivered but did not have my wallet on me when I placed the order.
