Kelowna's only Nature-based Childcare and Preschool at the Clubhouse Farm and Treehouse Forest Preschool. We absolutely LOVE the Clubhouse Farm and the staff. The program and staff are very intentional about including the children in the farm tasks and really giving them a sense of ownership. The philosophy of the Clubhouse Farm really resonates with our family and Caylix is always so excited when he gets to spend time at the farm.
It's such a beautiful setting for him to play and learn freely under the guidance of such dedicated and caring staff. The Clubhouse Childcare Centre has been a second home to my 2 children. I love how they always come home with art projects and stories of the fun times they have had at the farm and the forest field trips!

For more than 25 years, The Clubhouse Childcare Center has been providing quality, innovative care for children in Kelowna. The Clubhouse Childcare Center is a non-profit, charitable organization serving the central Kelowna community. While we offer traditional programming, The Clubhouse is a leader in innovative nature-based outdoor programming.
All of us at the Clubhouse Child Care Center would like to extend our gratitude for the support provided by our Community Partners and Sponsors. Whether through volunteered time, money, or services, these groups provide backing for our local organization that endeavours to make positive community impact attainable and sustainable in the long term for all the families we serve.
We are currently looking for energetic, passionate and motivated people who align with our philosophies to join our team. This position is ideal for post secondary students during the school year and over the summer. Our before and after school programs mix arts, crafts, baking, games, table toys and recreational activities for children in Kindergarten to Grade 7.
Learning through nature is at the core of our philosophy. Playing, exploring, learning and relaxing outside increases the health and happiness of all our children. We invite you to help us continue building our nature playgrounds and outdoor classrooms that will feature an accessible treehouse, mud kitchens, and tall grassy areas for creative play and art projects.
The Clubhouse offers full-time daycare in our Early Years Programs, for children from 12 months until they start kindergarten. Children are full of wonder and curiosity, with unique and creative perspectives and an incredible capacity to learn through play.
With this philosophy and theory in mind, we offer our daycare children time, space, choices, access to a natural environment, wholesome options and opportunities to participate in everyday processes and activities to build connections and confidence to learn and apply.When children are provided space in a natural environment to explore, and time to make independent choices with limited disruptions, they develop a clear sense of self.

I feel like this school is the best in town. You can tell because the school has been around for 30 years, the teachers are so nurturing and everything is so organized. When I drop off, the school smells like freshly made breakfast and when I pick up, it's always neat and clean. The school consistently keeps parents up to date with information by using calendars, newsletters-monthly, and emails from Kids Report- daily. Before clubhouse, I used another preschool that had just started out and although they did a good job, it was apparent after one month that the Clubhouse goes above the grade. Get

I love the Clubhouse Child Care Center! The teachers, owner and other staff are all friendly and my daughter loves it there! Knowing your child is safe, happy and learning while your at work is a great feeling! They also provide meals which is another great thing. Saves parents time during the week. They are constantly doing different activities with are children which has helped my daughter grow over the past few years. Another great thing is they have an APP that they post what is going on with your child throughout the day. Which I love because I know what she is doing and when she is napping

Our family loves the Clubhouse. My oldest son attended pre k and kinder at the Clubhouse in the 90's and we just loved the warm caring attitude that was all around him. Fast forward 18 years and my youngest child is just as happy there as my oldest was. The lunch program gets her to try new foods and the warm weather brings on the vegetable patches that the kids help plant. I love that even the youngest students get to go on field trips that so many daycares don't have. I could go on and on but the bottom line is that for our family the Clubhouse is the only choice for our children.

My wife and I - and more importantly, our kids - love The Clubhouse. They offer an environment that feels like a great balance between "structure" and "freedom," meaning that our children's brains seem to be developing on both sides. They come home talking about and exhibiting an understanding of both the importance of "rules & routine," and the fun and chaos of "play." Every day, we know that our kids are constructively having fun and learning. More importantly, we can tell that the teachers and staff care about our children. It's also very nice to have updates via a mobile app multiple times

We had the chance to become a Clubhouse family about 9 years ago. I had done tons of research and after touring the Clubhouse and atleast a dozen other daycares I just knew in my heart it was the right place for us. My oldest daughter has gone off to public school, and I will keep my youngest there until she has to go to public school. One of my favorite things about the clubhouse is that there is relatively no turn over in the staff. These dedicated teachers have been working there for years and I truly feel that they make my children’s safety and happiness a priority!! Throughout our years

Couldn't recommend them more. The staff is wonderful, I've never not been at ease knowing that my son is in their care. I think the excitement that each child has when they see their teachers speaks volumes. One of my favorite perks is never having to worry about food, they provide breakfast lunch and snacks to the kids throughout the day. The curriculum is well thought out and we've loved watching our son grow throughout each school year.
