An overloaded bin is unsafe and may result in a $505 infraction for TOronto Garbage Bins (and the poor driver), so we will not pick up an obviously overloaded bin. Any bin that has waste piled higher than the top of the bin is overloaded. If you are driving behind another waste company's truck, and they have carelessly picked up an overloaded bin, MOVE OUT FROM BEHIND IT IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
We are the biggest, the oldest, and the best snow removal service in the downtown Toronto area. From our "Snow Camp" that supports 16 staff complete with sleeping, kitchen, and shower facilities. East-West Services uses salt, salt/sand mix, and straight sand to create the safest conditions possible for winter driving.

Horrible people! They have no customer service skills. Very rude and they left their bin even though they took the money, claiming they didn’t get paid for the job!!
When called to ask why they haven’t picked up their bin yet, they were very rude and swore at my elderly mother!!
For a family owned business, they have no sense of respect to their elders!
