Staff is incredibly helpful, however Dr. Eid is quickly dismissive of anything you may have been diagnosed with in the past, and is lacking on present-day information of certain mental differences, such as Autism. For a friend close to me who has seen this Dr, he completely dismissed the ADHD diagnosis he spent nearly 2,000 at specialists to get, told him he just didn't have it, after one appointment. Have patience seeing this doctor. Anything not of the normal mental illness depression label will probably not be taken care of .

I was referred to the Smiths Falls location some years ago by one of my Ontario Works workers. The man I met with was understanding, kind and generous. He provided me with another view on everything that I was trying to deal with. I didn't always like his answers but in the end he was correct. At the time my life was just starting and I'm happy to… report that it has flourished since then. My family has grown even more and I have a positive outlook on life. I have a full time job with benefits and can care for myself and my family. He gave me a book called 'The Feeling Good Handbook' by

After my outreach worker was transfered I was given another worker who had no resources and couldn't help me with anything..I told her to close my file..I was referred internally for a counsellor who has no resources and thinks I can fix things by clicking the fingers...In a emergency crisis I haven't gotten the help I needed..Leeds and Grenville mental health is going in a downward spiral. There are so many people in need who aren't getting the help they need it sickens me.If I could rate zero stars I would.
