Our Regina based Apple certified technicians repair and service Apple cell phones and other mobile devices, such as iPhone and iPads.
We also perform phone repair on other brands, such as the Samsung Galaxy line. Other services include repairs to gaming consoles, including the XBOX and PS lines and hand-held games. RescueTECH is an Apple Independent Repair Provider. Meaning we are authorized to offer out-of-warranty repair service for iPhone and Mac computers. As an Indepedent Repair we have access to Apple genuine parts, tools, training, service guides, diagnostics and resources to perform a variety of out-of-warranty repairs.
All work covered by our in house 180 day warranty on hardware (does not include accidental customer damage or failure unrelated to install). We are an Apple Independent Repair Provider. Our techs have experience working on a wide range of Apple operating systems including, but not limited to, Mac OS Sierra, High Sierra, Mojave, Catalina, and Big Sur.
Waking up in the morning and opening your computer to the dreaded "Apple file folder not found" error. An unpleasent and unexpected surprise to see. Mac OS can not read the system start up files. This could mean that 1) you have a software problem, 2) a hardware problem or 3) a combination of the two.
Use Time Machine, the built-in backup feature of your Mac, to automatically back up your personal data, including apps, music, photos, email, and documents. Having a backup allows you to recover files that were deleted, or that were lost because the hard disk (or SSD) in your Mac needed to be erased or replaced.

Our curser disappeared on our Toshiba laptop with Windows 10.
We tried internet suggestions about retrieving the curser to no avail.
We called 'X'' where we bought it. The technician was out, they said.
We said we live 1 1/2 hours out of town, could they take a look within a working day. They said we could drop the laptop off and they would get to it in a day or two, their technician was very busy. They thought it would have to be sent away to be fixed. We explained we were really in need of our computer because we are writing a book. That did not change anything.
Then we called a chain store

My laptop hinge broke and needed a quick fix as I am a university student doing classes online. The service itself was very quick, only taking a weekend, and customer service was great! If I ever have any tech problems in the future, I will definitely be coming back!

I had an amazing experience with RescueTECH...I was doing my own RAM upgrade in a new Mac Mini and the fan socket detached from the motherboard. After visiting a few websites in the area and reading reviews, it was clear that this was my best shot, and I received the same type of care and service that was described in other comments. Fixed it properly, fair price....MUCH cheaper than dealing with Apple directly would have been, as Apple very quickly washed their hands of it because of me the end user doing their own upgrade. RescueTECH really saved my bacon, and I would definitely use them again
