AWFUL DEALER!
I sent them an email today about a Toyota SUV they had for sale. The vehicle they had listed was over $4000-$6000 higher than other dealers and what the car is worth.
Someone named VERNE replied, So I sent them links to auto trader and carguru's showing the exact same model, year and mileage at other dealers for upwards of $5000 LESS than them...asking if they were open to negotiating as again they are $5000 more expensive than another dealer i found they simply responded "HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY"....what pathetic business sense, your sales people need an economics and customer service

Just purchased a Hyundai Tuscan, had wonderful service. My SUV was ready within 2 days with new license plate, insurance and 4 new tires. I would highly recommend Fitzgerald motors.

I purchased a few vehicles from Fitzgerald and they were ok until I referred a family member. We kept on getting the run around and the finance guy Vernon was apparently never there when we would show up, until the last time where we sat down with him for no more than 5 minutes. We were told by Vernon that he will work on our file and get back to us before the end of the week, but we never heard from him. So we call and were told they are working on it. I bought a 2009 dodge journey from them and it had hight mileage and started to have transmission issues so after a year I went back and bought a 2014 subaru outback with low mileage. But The mirror on the driver's side had a chunk missing out of it and Jason said he would replace it. That never happened back and fourth from the dealer to the body repair shop they use. After 2 months I gave up, I allso had to fix the front bumber as it was falling off again that was supposed to be fixed. I have two cars from Fitzgerald. The first one I got almost 3 years ago and was an excellent experience, which made it a no brainer to go back to Fitzgerald when I needed another car. The experience I had, and my family members had, the second time around was so awful if I could give no stars I would.

I read through the reviews here and it seems funny to me. I bought a car from them a month ago, and guess what... I had to take it back for a repair. Am I mad?? Not a chance, I called and these guys picked up the phone and told me to come in as soon as I could. Service was great in the beginning. However, I have had nothing but problems with my vehicle since purchasing it from them. The amount of money that I had to invest into my escape, it would have been better to buy something newer. Engine light was turned on a week after purchasing it (12/16) and has been constantly on since then, no matter the amount of repairs I keep getting done.
Getting in contact with someone through email is always a hassle and I doubt anyone actually checks their emails there. Whomever their receptionist is, always seemed to have attitude whenever you called about questions

Let me be clear - I do not post reviews very often but this was my experience buying my vehicle...
I first made contact with Verne, inquiring about an older vehicle. After discussing this vehicle with friends I decided it wasn't for me. Verne suggested coming to the lot to see what else is available. I ended up driving a 2017 Ford Escape SE and fell in love. They always take good care of me when buying a vehicle and after. They help me out when I need it, answer my questions quickly and are great to follow-up. They go (and have gone) above and beyond.
Customer service deserves more than 5 stars. I highly recommend going in to see Jason. He sold us both our vehicles, and we are very happy customers.
