These guys are incredible! My wife and I broke down in our motorhome passing through Grande Prairie. We were back up and running in less than 24 hours, this included needing to have a custom hose made and fitting welded on. Professional quality work and a fair price. Other might have taken advantage of the situation. These guys didn’t. Would give 6 stars if possible!!

Not a good place. Trust me, the good reviews are in substantial part employees and family posing as customers. Bad reviews get reported by them as well. Your going to pay top dollar, and your going to get mediocre work in a gross shop. Good thing is there is lots of good shops in this town to choose from. I've tried many shops in town and have a lot of experience to compare it to. They dented my door, caused me a lot of grief, and are absolute brutal on billing. Yes they can get you in fast... does that say anything else to you?

Called a few places first and was told maybe tomorrow. Well a down truck is lost income!
Silverback mechanical was able to accommodate me right away and while I was enroute to their shop they had arranged to have my part picked up before I got there. The mechanic working on my truck continued to work through his lunch break to get me back on the road asap while the owner called me in to the shop to show me and explain the problem.
Amazing, amazing, amazing. Will recommend to everyone I know!

Great fast and friendly service! My SUVs ujoints started banging on my way out of town. Looked around and found them on Google maps being one of the only places open on a long weekend. Although they are a heavy duty shop, they took me in and was back on the road in no time. Thanks guys, very much appreciated!!
