For over a decade now, Wainwright Eyecare has been my “go to” for eyewear because they carry a wide array of frames at affordable prices. The best part, however, is the experience itself - I feel like I’m home, surrounded by family, when it’s time to change eyewear or simply get my frames adjusted.😃

In August I paid to get an eye test done with Wainwright Eye Care. I was also charged for a pair of trial contacts which the optometrist did not help me put in. I was told to go home and put them in myself, which I had no clue how to do. When ordering my contacts I decided to instead go through Costco since it would have been a 2 hour drive from Edmonton to pick them up and they were also half the price at Costco. When I called Wainwright Eye Care to ask them to fax my prescription they refused. They told me that it wasn’t valid and Costco would not accept it. I called Costco and talked to them
