Started from installation: refusing to adjust and level a junction box in a flower bed from install, nozzles placed 3 ft from the corner they should be watering, leaving grass to die behind them, as well as issues with nozzles watering patios.
Continued onwards to refusing to adjust these installation deficiencies over 3 years of "service", while being called repeatedly, while threatening to charge a service charge for "showing up" to fix the installation deficiencies. Ignored texts, (not sure if you realise, Mike, that your iPhone pings me back a "read" receipt for when you've read the texts

I got a system installed and I must say I was impressed with the service and how they were professional.
They suggested the sprinklers and the controller for my needs
They answered all my questions once the system was installed, took the time to show me how to work the controller.
