This is THE place in Kingston for auto glass! Courteous, prompt, helpful staff, an outstanding owner and second-to-none customer service. I called for a friend to get a quote, was blown away at the fact that the quote was so affordable. Affordable like up to $500 lower than surrounding big-box competition like Speedy! To top it all off he didn't have the windshield on hand and asked me to call right back. Within 15 minutes he had sourced the new glass and was ready to begin.

After waking up to a smashed passenger side window, I gave Brad's a call, the other place I tried calling, called me back after I had already set up an appointment with Brads offering to do the job for twice the price.
The staff is really professional and have great attention to detail!

Brad was the only shop that actually picked up their phone when I called around, but I was immediately happy with not only the quote he had given me over the phone to replace my broken passenger window, but he was very kind and addressed the questions I had promptly.
He booked me in right away, and told me it would take approximately an hour and a half. He finished it in about 45 minutes, so I was quite happy with that. I noticed when I got in the car that he had also taken the time to clean out all of the glass in the back half of the car, which was as far as I am concerned above and beyond what
