Tried to buy a snowblower for my mother here. Didn't seem the snow direction worked right and I asked the big guy Dwayne about it and he would not even leave his chair to look. I ended up driving down to barrie and buying it.
My neighbor also brought his Honda atv there with a printed out list of items to repair, picked it up a week later and only one item was looked after. The oil change, and he received a $280 bill. He ended up having to bring it to Huntsville to somebody who wanted to do the work.
These guys are so lazy and the service is terrible. Go anywhere else to rent, service or purchase

Address is listed as Nobel, receptionist said “just outside Nobel”, this is not the case. Actual location is “Carling” 20minutes from Parry Sound. Sent my wife into Nobel to find out she had to get back on 400N. She says staff could have been friendlier, but the man I spoke with on the phone was great.

Dropped off a 9.9 hp boat motor for repair recently. Despite the fact that staff were making preparations for an open house in a downpour, they were quick to help me unload the motor and take down our service request. They were thorough, asking us to stop back with our gas tank and gas line so they could be tested with the motor when it was serviced. Never thought of that!
