I have a classic 68 Mustang that had a hood and hinge issue and would not align. Tried to have another garage fix it but that just made things worse so I brought my car here. I'm really impressed with their can-do attitude and their appreciation for classic cars. They replaced the hinges and aligned the hood perfectly, which is notoriously problematic in this era of Mustang. They they touched up any small paint chips that were on the car when I brought it in. Great work and attention to detail. Couldn't be happier with their work. I highly recommend CSN.

We recently had our Escape in for some paint work. When we received it back, the paint work was not only flawless but the entire Escape had been cleaned and detailed. We were thrilled with everything from the professional service writer, office staff and amazing body and paint professionals. Not only is this a great collision body & paint shop but it is a locally owned long time family business. Although my insurance company decided my van wasn't worth it, my experience with the estimate procedure was excellent. From calling to book my appointment to the actual consultation, everyone was very friendly, helpful and understanding. They also made sure to sanitize my keys and everything they touched to stay Covid compliant.

Have had three experiences with Cowichan Collision in the past year. Unfortunate for us but fortunate for our cars! They provide professional yet very personal service at same time. Friendly and caring. They pay attention to the details. We have been beyond pleased with all the work done. And they provide finishing touches such as cleaning and washing/polishing the car to a shiny finish! Highly recommend! Happy customer 😀

Unfortunately my trucks are in there a few times a year for mostly minor scrapes and dents. These guys do a great job fixing the damages. No matter how small the fix, the trucks come back fully washed and detailed! Five Stars for Ron and the team at Cowichan Collision! Thank you for the great service!

Award-winning service - done two days early, and my car was detailed to the max, even the trunk where they removed everything to clean! The contact by staff was top notch, even wiping down my keys as they passed them back to me. This business is outstanding, and hands down the best service I have ever experienced.
