Crystal White Cleaners provides services for a variety of clothing and household garments - everything from wedding gowns to draperies, rugs and duvets, leather and suede, coats and boots. Specializing in designer clothes and featuring on-premise alterations by a professional seamstress. Crystal White Cleaners promises that every item you bring in to them comes out perfect.

Each garment is checked prior to cleaning for stains and any custom repairs that may be needed. Touch-ups are made by hand. All touch-ups are done on-site and each item goes through inspection before being approved for the customer.

For some fabrics, the aggressive spinning of a washing machine - even on a delicate cycle - can be too rough. Or, for other fabrics, the pH balance of the water and detergent can alter or shrink the material. While there are some materials that do not necessarily require dry cleaning, if you are uncertain how to wash the garment, the best way is to take it to a professional.

They do a great job here while making sure to take good care of your clothes! I live far but travel 30 km just to go here for dry cleaning and alterations because I trust their quality and service.

WORST DRY CLEANER EVER. They take no RESPONSIBILITY for your damaged clothes. Crystal black cleaner is the worst dry cleaner. They ruined my jacket. Take your clothes to Mr.cleaners’ dry cleaner instead. He takes responsibility for everything.

I am very disappointed with their service. I brought a blanket to be cleaned and they did not clean it properly. I told them and they sent it back to be cleaned again and they charged me for the second cleaning even though they did not do their job properly the first time. They should offer to clean it again for free if they did not do it well the first time. There are so many other dry cleaners in the area, they should work on their customer service if they want people to go back.

Clean, courteous, great customer service and dependable. They also have a straightforward loyalty program that really does add up and makes it easy to save. They no longer offer Airmiles however but that may change to Aeroplan in the future according to the staff there. Here's hoping it does!

Excellent service. Quick turnaround. Thoughtful staff. My wife recently took in an outfit for dry cleaning; Dave told her she could machine wash it at home and save the money. Impressive.
Drop box for after hours adds to the convenience of their service.
