I am in the process of ordering drapes and a bedspread from DaPonte. The owner is giving me a hard time when I try to give him a credit card. I collect points on my credit card, so it will cost me more to pay him by check, which he is insisting on. Also, parking is insufficient at his store and the exit to Hamilton Road is dangerous.

Spent thousands of dollars on new windows and subsequently purchased California shutters from Daponte. They were not installed correctly and did not sit flush. Spoke to Mr. Daponte and he was not interested in coming to look at them or fix them. Have since noticed that due to the way they were installed, the windows will not open properly. Have emailed and left several phone messages and Mr. Daponte will not contact me. DO NOT RECOMMEND this business to anyone. Very poor quality customer service and I have wasted thousands of dollars on new windows and shutters that are useless.
