Came first thing in the morning, which was great because I have never laid sod before and if it had come in the afternoon I would have been working into the night. I laughed a bit at the 6 hour time limit to get it off the pallet but I needed it even with my lawn fully prepped and someone helping me. I ordered extra based on others comments but I went overboard so I just quickly prepped some other patchy areas and laid it there. It's all taking pretty well from what I can tell (day 7 now). The only problems I have had are with raccoons peeling back two pieces looking for snackos. I suggest looking

Fast service. Ordered approx. 31 rolls. Was delivered earily afternoon with sod being very dried out. Did not come on skid, so rolls were placed right on driveway. The picture below is the delivery guy unloading it from the skids, so you can see exactly how they came that day. Note, this day was extremely hot, so not surprised it was a bit dry. Two rolls were broken, but the delivery guy gave me a few extra rolls which was nice of him. I ordered again a month later, for ten rolls, and it arrived early in morning and was moist. Several issues here. I was given 53 rolls of sod that were dead, the company's excuse was that I should've watered the sod within 15 minutes of laying it, which is completly wrong, then the company said they would only replace half of them at there own cost and I would have to pay for the other half.
Also the sod was infested with ticks, which I had to pay a pest control company to kill them, the company would not own up to this either. Horrible products and customer service here, order your sod from anywhere else.

I had two sod projects at our property. We ordered sod from Greenhorizons and had the sod delivered. Both times the sod came as scheduled with the driver offering advice on laying the sod as this was our first fime doing so in large sections.
Followup emails from the company offered pointed tips on watering schedules and a one year sod guarantee. The bags of free sod starter fertilizer was appreciated as well.
All in all a great experience and no disappointments. These folks have their business running like a well oiled machine.

Great experience. I made an error ordering online, but called, zero hold time and the gentleman fixed my error quickly. Not a long time to wait until delivery. Great instructions on installing sod properly. Sod delivered was super fresh and great quality. Came early enough that I had the six-hour window that they recommend to install the grass. Skid was picked up automatically the next day without my having to call. Highly recommend these folks for grass and would definitely use them again!

If I could give no stars I would! Ordered 300sqft (31 rolls) for my back yard. I payed $40 for delivery and I informed the female on the phone I would like to be here, she told me it would be dropped of between 1 and 6. I had it dropped off at 9:30 in the morning( way earlier than the time I was told) not to mention they dumped it in my FRONT YARD!! They didn't bother to knock and just threw it in the yard!( I live in a bad area, last year we had our plant stolen out of the ground.. so leaving rolled sod isn't the smartest thing to do) After they decided enough was

We received our order of 1,350 sq feets of sod nice and convenient but unfortunately the quality of the sod was terrible. While going down the pallet, the rolls were worse and worse, molded, hot like boiling and rotten smell.
Out of more than two pallets we ordered, we were able to sort out only a little bit more than one palette and after 3 days of consistent watering it looked like the pictures attached.
