Irs Truck & Trailer Repair

Took 3 hours to do a 1/2 hour job, called and complained and advised I would get a return call, no call and now waiting for possibly grossly inflated bill

BE AWARE! This company will make promises they will not keep and then overcharge for the service. We brought our truck in for brake change on Wednesday and explained that we need the service done as soon as possible, as we lose money for every day the truck is not on the road, on top of the cost of repairs. If they could not do it that day, we would have taken our truck elsewhere. They agreed that it will be done that day. Our truck sat untouched for 3 days and when we finally came in and noticed and inquired why it hasn’t been done yet, they “put a rush on it” and put 3 guys on the brake

Unfortunately, my truck broke down and had to have towed. IRS brought me into the shop, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and had me back on the road in no time!!! I am so happy that I chose IRS. They were all very polite, professional, and their pricing was more than fair. I highly recommend using their services.

The guys here are pretty awesome. I've been driving truck for roughly 15 years. 3 different companies I've worked for (including my current employer) use these guys. If your boss or dispatch needs you to wait there while the work gets done, the guys will bust their hump to get you back on the road. While you're there, grab a bag of chips and feed the seagull and talk comics with the dude behind the window. Sorry your name escapes me dude, but thanks for the Image tip!

Went here one night to pick up a Trailer. Office says they’re open until midnight on Friday, but when I got to the place at 2300, they were closed. Good thing they have an after hours number, and she helped me a lot to pick up my trailer.

This place is nothing but a scam, never go there. .. those people are a joke and scammers
