Wow, terrible service and 2x the cost from one year to the next for shrink wrap and winterizing a boat that I bought at Smith's. Service woman couldn't tell me how the costs were broken down. Refused to give me a copy of the specifics of what I was paying for. My boat sat uncovered outside for over a week while they waited for spark Plugs. They never called, I happened to be driving by. They set the boat for pick up in a puddle, all other areas of the lot were dry. Shame on you all Smith's.

I had a written quote and parts needed to install a trailer hitch and wiring for my truck in the amount of $850 in November. I told him I would be back early in the spring to have installed. In March called to make an appointment, gave them the information that was quoted to me with part numbers, now the price was $2100. Asked why the $1300 difference and he said that is what it is and could not provide and explanation. Basically said too bad. Poor customer service, don't even go there.

Absolutely the worst dealings ever. I ordered an awning for my 5th wheel 2 months in advance of our trip and they lost it twice, when one finally came in not all the parts came with it. Now I had my 5th wheel brought down there and they could care less. Didn't even call to say it didn't come with all the parts. Crap service, had three women sitting around that wouldn't give my wife the time of day, guess there crap jobs had more important things to talk about.
