As an ex-farmer, Brent visits many of the farms that he buys meat from himself, ensuring that the quality is high. You can actually tell the difference. Unlike many of the larger store brand meats, the meats at Herrington's Quality Butchers are not processed with any water or saline solution ensuring less shrinkage.
Come into Herrington's Butcher shop and you'll smell some of the over 20 varieties of mouth watering meat pies cooking. We are making meat pies everyday, but sometimes we do run out. These fully cooked individual pies are quickly becoming a must have in any fridge or freezer. Oversized with big chunks of quality meats, they are wrapped in a crust that is so good you'll ask for the recipe.
