In 2002 under the direction and leadership of our founding President Grant Louden, the company strived to develop and implement an Integrated Safety Management System which included all flight safety and HSSE issues and allowed synergy with our business systems to incorporate one complete operating system.Our Safety Management System is a continual "live" evolving system of performance evaluation and improvement in all areas of the organization.

Skyline is primarily a utility Helicopter operation utilizing a fleet of Bell 212HPs and Agusta Westland 119Ke Koala. One of our primary missions involves supporting Oil and Gas exploration in the form of helicopter onshore support of data acquisition (seismic). Seismic equipment is moved via a long line attached to the above-mentioned aircraft, while crews are flown separately to support this equipment internally utilizing the same aircraft.
Heli-Skiing is one of the most enjoyable experiences for individuals who appreciate being in the mountains in the winter months. Skyline has been actively involved in this industry since it's inception. Because this type of flying can prove to be quite challenging, we hand pick our ski pilots to ensure our clients have the best that the industry has to offer.
Skyline has long been involved in fire fighting operations for multiple fire agencies across Canada. Due to our expertise in mountain flying and vertical reference (longline) operations we are often involved in these types of challenging environments.
Our helicopters are all especially equipped with the Bambi Bucket and foam delivery systems as well as GPS navigation to provide pinpoint accuracy when delivering water, materials and crew to the fire.
