From the moment I walked in I was already getting bad looks, the receptionist was extremely rude and when I spoke to the manager. the receptionist even lied about the situation and claimed that I was the rude one. even the manager was being rude and condescending, disagreeing with everything I said. Avoid this place at all costs they will get you nowhere.

Ana is extremely rude! The receptionists need a lot of training on how to be professional. They don’t answer your questions. One of them told me that the doctor is here for walk in until 12 pm when I came in with a baby they said we don’t have walk in doctor someone has given me the wrong information. Really I literally called and spoke with one of you guys 🙄 Doctors are amazing. If it was for the doctors I would give 5 star. But the receptionists don’t even deserve 1 star.

Can the manager of this health centre seriously contact me? I'm not sure what kind of health centre you are operating when you have someone like Dr. Karimi working here. I seriously think patient lives are in danger with her as people's physician. I don't think she has the education or experience to be a doctor and whoever thought she was qualified to work here, let alone be a physician in Canada, has lost it in the head. Folks, avoid this doctor. Maybe try to avoid this clinic as a whole and try to find a better physician office to seek your needs.

Rude Rude and very Rude secretaries and doctors are worthless and useless. Do not go people. When the secretaries put you on hold the minute you call them is because they're either nibbling on food or chatting to other secretaries. I've been suffering with the unknown condition (can't say here) and since the last visit (the prescription I got did nothing for me because the doctor was in the rush and did not listen to any of my concerns. I waited 2 hours to only speak to him for 2 minutes honest to God. I have been suffering for almost 2 years now and I've been super busy and kind have been treating

Never had issues here. I have gone to the walk-in on a number of occasions over the years. I have always received great customer service from staff. I realize the challenging work that the staff face every day and respect them all. Special shout out to Dr. Modi! He is knowledgeable, personable, patient and full if positve energy. Thank you for what you do.

This walk-in-clinic should not be allowed to operate considering how unprofessional and uneducated the doctors here are. I have seen both Dr Karimi and Dr. Sanandaji and I am genuinely confused how these doctors were cleared to practice. To be a doctor, you need compassion and empathy. If you do not have those two things, I am sorry, you are nowhere fit to be a doctor. I understand doctors have busy lives, but this isn't something I have noticed once. This is something that happens every single visit. It's like I have to bargain with these doctors to hear my needs. But then again, this is what
