If i could give negative 10 stars i would. absolutely HORRIBLE service. we had a tech come out to our warehouse (15 min drive from their shop) the tech was here for about an hour, stated that he had to go to the shop for parts, he returned approx 2 hours later, "fixed" the issue, had me sign the paperwork, and then noted down 5 HOURS of service, when, including him leaving, going to the shop and coming back, and fixing our truck, was less than 4 hours total. i called to speak with Michael Birtzu - the director of service, however he wasnt available that day (April 11th) and i spoke to Quinton,

Very, very poor sales service...I've been trying to get in touch with a sales person for 2 weeks. Ordered a truck that is overdue 2 months and still don't have ETA. You call Yale Canada and it is impossible to get a human on the line.

Extremely unhappy with the service. I needed a repair, which turned out was only a missing spring. I was being charged an extra $240.00, on top of the call out charge, which i was informed covered travel, gas, and 407. The location is 10 minutes away from where i needed them for services. So I was being charged for 2 hours of labor on top of my labor charge. On top of that when they came to do an assessment the worker went out to his truck 10 times in 1.5 hours, which would have only been 1 hour to determine the problem if he wasn't wasting time bringing in tools he never used on my power jack

Once again I have to leave a terrible review for Yale. I would give a negative 10 if I could. I am disgusted in this company. Back in April I was given horrible service and I refused to pay a ridiculous price when they came to do absolutely nothing for 2.5-3 hours. I spoke with somebody at Yale about the situation and they agreed that I would not be accepting their services and they would remove my current information from their system, also agreeing that I was not going to be charged. 6 months later I receive a credit card charge for hundreds of dollars from Yale. Thinking I wouldn't notice. I
