Has everything I could possibly want to eat. From amazing ribeyes/veal cutlets/sliced liver. I get so happy every time I walk in, because I know I’m going to be going home to eat some serious quality meat. We got a Prome Rib Roast from Butcher Boy yesterday. They cut the bones off then tied them back on for us. We smoked it, we had company over, that had never had it before. Cooked to a perfect Medium Rare, they said it was the best roast meal they ever had.

Finally had time to make sausage and needed 70 pounds of very lean ground pork and beef. Not only that, it had to be ground a certain way! So we showed up at Butcher Boy. No advance notice, no preorder. No problem at all! The staff asked us a few questions to find out exactly what we wanted. A few minutes later, all done and they loaded it all in our car. Beautiful meat. Absolutely excellent service. Wish I could give you 10 stars!!! Thank you!

A bit disappointing. My order came to more than I expected. I looked at my bill and I found one price a bit higher than quoted and 20 lbs of pork where I bought five. I went back in and they did fix it but initially they seemed sure it was my mistake. Mistakes happen and are not a big deal, but I was disappointed in the way I was treated. I expected an apology and it finally came just as I was about to leave, but not by the young clerk who had made the mistake. Mistakes happen, no problem, but how you deal with them shows character.

This Butcher Boy location has always been so great to deal with. I like to order ahead and when I pick up they will even run the purchase out to the vehicle for me. When I approached them for a purchase for a fundraiser, they took extra time to communicate with me after business hours to make sure that I got exactly what I need. Whenever someone mentions a butcher to me, I always tell them Butcher Boy on PARK STREET.

I went there about 2 weeks ago. I wanted to pick up a couple nice New York steaks. So they must have been busy, behind the glass wasn't much for meat, so i asked a guy if he could cut me up 2 fresh New York's and for them to be at least an inch and a half thick each. After he cut them he showed me the steak, i was salivating, as was the couple other's that had a glimpse of them. I cooked them, and never had a better New York in my life!
