The two gentleman that came out to do the quote, were very polite, however, I asked some questions via email, and called several times( no return call) , before leaving a deposit. I than received a email stating. "If you consider having a showroom to view finished products important, maybe we are not the right vendor for you. The lack of trust noted in your v-message, (scam), suggests you would be more comfortable with another vendor."
So we went with another vender. If someone isn't willing to speak with you in person, its a red flag for me. All i inquired about, was if the legs should be on

Many months ago I had called to have an estimate for some work on my aluminum carport. They responded quickly and the estimator said he would get back to me.
After a month of so I called to find out what had happened. They woman answering said she remembered my calling and would have the estimator get back to me.
Still awaiting a response.
