We are Julian and Jessica, two polar opposite people with the passion for precision and creativity. He's an ex-engineer from the UK's RAF (arrived in Canada in 1994 moved to Kelowna in 2008) and she's an artist from Calgary (moved to Kelowna in 1999). We took over in 2010 and we love what we do. We ensure quality and value in our products and take pride in serving our customers with integrity and honesty.
We work with you to add value to gifts, promotional products, and award and recognition products with decoration services from precision laser cutting, engraving and etching to full-colour print and embroidery. Our diverse team of artists, retail, engineering and production experts, has decades of industry expertise.

Custom printed non-medical face mask (adult size) includes 2 filters (extra filters available) - customizable with your own images. Fashionable and cost-effective. Manufactured to produce extremely vibrant and bold colours. Creative's full-colour print non-medical face masks are sold as a fashion accessory and are not medically certified.
We do not supply the golf balls - you will need to drop these off or ship them to us to print on! Setup is $40.00 no matter how many balls you want printed, then just $2.00 per location/ ball. Normally; 4-5 working days is required to complete most orders after art approval & receipt of balls. Rush orders are available as quick as 24hrs, additional fees applicable.

I wandered into Creative Trophies while my wife and daughter were at the Dance store. I was asked I needed any help and without having a clue of what I should be offering as a prize for a company ping pong tournament, they were very patient. Once I selected medals, they asked if I wanted any engraving on the back. I left them with some info thinking they would simply etch it in. What I got was 1000 times beyond my expectations. I bought and paid for some things at another company that went out of business 2 days after my purchase. Long story short, DORI went to this business and picked up my things and brought them to Creative Trophies for me to pick up there (without being asked).
