I met with Bill (owner) and he discussed what he does and we walked around the house and I hired him. I had him most of the summer and he set me back a long time having to re edge my gardens, something we discussed. The lawn was uneven after they left and if they cut on a Friday it looked terrible by Monday. The guys working had the idea to show up just before a long weekend and say a machine was broken (not true) and it had already gone 2 weeks without a cut. When they first started I bought the guys working a case of beer each as a welcome but everytime they came there was something pretty big

Bill and his crew came today for the first time to do our front and back lawn after meeting me last week to discuss the job. Very fair pricing and Bill was very professional and courteous. They did an exceptional job and had the right equipment to get it done in a 1/4 of the time it would take my husband to do it and now he has more free time to hang out with the kids on the weekend. I contacted this company to do spring yard clean up. He came to my house and provided and estimate for which I agreed same day. I then had to follow up again and ask when they would be coming as he didn't schedule anything with me. He advised he would come the following week but did not show up. When I followed up again asking if he would be coming the next week he told me he was too busy and could not follow through and that he was sorry for wasting my time. For over 2 weeks he strung me along while I could have just dealt with someone else. Very very disappointing and unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Bought the grub-b-gone product spent $50. Applied as per instructions and watered it in. My problem grew much worse after the application. I wrote back on Kijiji and Bill never thought it important enough to get back to me. My home is not more than 10 minutes from his place and yet he could not find the time to come and see the problem. I would therefore not recommend this product or his customer service. Extremely disappointed $50 down the drain as far as I am concerned. Brian Mahon
